Lansky, a film directed by Eytan Rockaway, tells a true story, that of Meyer Lansky (Harvey Keitel), a mafioso of Belarusian origin. Due to anti-Semitic riots, his family moved to the USA, in New York, when he was only 9 years old. It was in the Big Apple that Lansky made his first contacts, and then became one of the main members of the Jewish mafia.
Now elderly and "retired", the boss retires to Miami, protected by the FBI and investigated by the feds, convinced that the mobster has hidden several million dollars.
