Chemical Hearts, directed by Richard Tanne, tells the story of Henry Page (Austin Abrams), a 17-year-old teenager who has never fallen in love before. Although he never felt this feeling, the boy imagined how his first love story could be, something romantic and unique.
On the first day of his senior year in high school, Henry meets Grace Town (Lili Reinhart), a new student who has recently moved into his school, and is fascinated by her. When the two young men are chosen to take care of the editing of the school newspaper, Henry is able to learn more about her and spend more time with her. Grace tells herself and reveals to her new friend a great secret, which has changed her life forever, and in no time Henry finds himself madly in love with her. But does he know who the girl he loves really is?
