Black Box, directed by Emmanuel Osei-Kuffour, tells the story of Nolan (Mamoudou Athie), a man who, due to a car accident, has lost his wife and his memory. Left alone with a daughter to take care of, Nolan decides to undergo experimental therapy, which allows him to recover lost memories. During the treatment with Dr. Lillian (Phylicia Rashad), the man relives a dark and terrible past, which does not seem to belong to him.
