Finch, directed by Miguel Sapochnik, is set in a post-apocalyptic way of a dystopian future. The story sees the last man on the planet, a sick inventor, building a robot to keep him company and especially his dog when he is gone.
The android, however, is able to learn and this experience will allow him to know feelings such as friendship, love and the meaning of life enough to understand what it means to be human.
