Afterlife of the Party, directed by Stephen Herek, tells the story of Cassie (Victoria Justice), a girl who actively attends social events and parties. If there's a party date, Cassie is sure to be there.
On the eve of her birthday, an unexpected thing happens to her: she dies, falling into the bathroom. Despite the bizarre fatal accident, she is given a second chance and sent back to Earth to make amends for the mistakes she made in life, for the lightness she let go of and above all to reconnect with her loved ones, neglected due to the various parties she has took part. In order for Cassie to be worthy to enter the great party of the afterlife, she must fulfill her mission within five days.
