The Babysitter: Killer Queen, a film directed by McG, tells how Cole (Judah Lewis), two years after he managed to break down the satanic cult of the babysitter Bee, finds himself still tormented by the events that happened that night. The boy now faces another challenge, high school with all the problems related to adolescence. Plus, as if that weren't enough, no one believes his story about her babysitter and sadistic friends, so much so that many think he's totally insane. The only one who believes him is his neighbor Melanie (Emily Alyn Lind), with whom Cole has always been in love. It will be she who will try to distract him from his demons and from her thoughts, inviting him to a party at the lake.
But it is during the party that Cole's worst nightmare is reborn from the ashes, as the forces of evil, led by his old enemies, are ready to return to make his life hell once again.
