Murder Mystery 2, the film directed by Jeremy Garelick, sees the couple Nick and Audrey Spitz (Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston) struggling with a new adventure. Four years have passed and the two detectives are still not as established as they would have hoped.
But when their friend, Maharaja Vikram Govindan (Adeel Akhtar), invites them to his wedding, Nick and Audrey will have the chance of a lifetime to turn their careers around. So they leave for a wonderful private island where the wedding will take place with the feeling that something will happen. In fact, it was during the wedding that the Maharaja was kidnapped.
Followed by a ransom demand, this kidnapping has many mysterious aspects, including the suspicion that the family is involved. The pair of detectives then takes action and leaves for Paris where they will continue their mission.
