The Out-Laws, the film directed by Tyler Spindel, stars Owen Browning (Adam Devine), a young bank manager, who has always put honesty and professional integrity first.
Owen is engaged to and madly in love with Parker (Nina Dobrev), the woman he is about to marry.
Their wedding will also be attended by the girl's parents, Billy and Lilly (Pierce Brosnan and Ellen Barkin), who Owen has never met yet.
Just in those days, a robbery takes place in the bank where Owen works, complete with the taking of hostages. A notorious band of criminals, known as the Phantom Bandits, seems to pull off the heist.
A series of bizarre coincidences lead Owen to think that the well-known robbers are none other than his future in-laws, who have just arrived in town for the wedding celebration...
