Vesper, a film directed by Kristina Buozyte and Bruno Samper, is set in an apocalyptic future in which the solar system has collapsed and tells the story of a 13-year-old girl named Vesper (Raffiella Chapman). The young woman finds herself relying only on her abilities to survive in this dangerous world and assist her paralyzed father (Richard Brake).
When Vesper runs into a mysterious woman (Rosy McEwen), lonely and bewildered after a plane crash, he agrees to help her find her mate in exchange for a safe passage inside the Citadel, a dark place where oligarchs live in the comfort guaranteed by state-of-the-art biotechnologies. Vesper will later discover that the woman he is helping, thanks to her bio-hacking knowledge, is hunted by a brutal man, who lives near her (Eddie Marsan), and who hides secrets that could change everyone's lives for always.
