Parallel Lines, the film directed by Wanuri Kahiu, tells the story of Natalie (Lili Reinhart), a 20-year-old girl who on the eve of her graduation sees her life split into two parallel and different realities. In one of them she becomes pregnant and finds herself having to face motherhood as a young man, forced to stay in her hometown in Texas; in the other reality, however, Natalie moves to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams and her aspirations. In both realities the girl experiences great loves, she tries to establish herself as an artist and to get to know herself more deeply.
