Day Shift, film directed by J.J. Perry, tells the story of a father, devoted to his daughter, a very shrewd 8-year-old girl. In order not to let the little girl miss anything, the man works a lot, but everyone believes that his employment consists simply in cleaning the swimming pools of the San Fernando Valley; in truth, he is a vampire hunter, a violent and dangerous occupation, but one that earns him more money than any other job.
