A love and a thousand marriages, a film directed by Dean Craig, tells the story of Jack (Sam Claflin), who, invited to the wedding of his younger sister Hayley (Eleanor Tomlinson), tries to make this day unforgettable and perfect for her. The event is held in Rome, where the girl has lived for several years and it is Jack's job to accompany her down her aisle, as their parents are both dead. Too bad that among the guests of the party there are also unwanted characters: Jack's ex, Amanda (Freida Pinto), together with her boyfriend, with whom she has several problems and who still holds a grudge towards the bride's brother; a postman, Marc (Jack Farthing), Hayley's former schoolmate, in love with her, abstinent from cocaine and ready to reveal a hot secret about her bride. As if the sedative wasn't enough, which Jack wants to give Marc secretly to calm him down, he ends up in someone else's glass, plunging the party into chaos.
Jack's only glimmer of hope is Dina (Olivia Munn), the woman of his dreams of him, whom he had met three years earlier. The girl, invited to the wedding, is single and it seems that her sympathy is reciprocated, but in a party on the verge of a tragedy she will be able to find the right alternative that will lead to the happy ending?
