Work It is a Netflix Original film directed by Laura Terruso starring Quinn Ackerman (Sabrina Carpenter), a young senior high school student who dreams of entering the prestigious college where her late father studied before her. Quinn is the classic bookworm, dedicated to studying and always ready to take part in all kinds of extracurricular activities. Unfortunately, however, during the interview with an admissions consultant, she is pointed out that her application to the College is too similar to that of many other students and so, to distinguish herself, she lies by saying that she is part of the dance troupe of her school. the famous and feared Thunderbirds. With the help of childhood friend Jasmine (Liza Koshy), an accomplished dancer and dance group, she discovers that the Thunderbirds will be auditioning soon, but there's a problem: as much as you love music and dance, Quinn is terribly uncoordinated and untalented. After being abruptly rejected in the selections, the young woman decides to ask Jasmine to found together their own ballet company to participate and win the Work It, a very important national competition that will guarantee her entry to the College of her dreams. ...
