Bloodshot, directed by Dave Wilson, is the story of an American soldier, Ray (Vin Diesel), killed in an attack and brought back to life thanks to nanotechnology by the RST Corporation. His body is machinated and the man - now physically little human and very robot - acquires different abilities. The military, in addition to being endowed with incredible strength, can now regenerate his wounds and heal instantly, change shape and interact with other technological forms. To make him the perfect soldier, the company has not only taken control of his body, but also of a more intimate part: it has appropriated his mind and in particular his memories. Whenever Ray has an assignment, Dr. Emil Harting (Guy Pearce) brings to mind the image of his wife, Gina (Talulah Riley), and the murder of him. The killer punctually has a different face, that of the man Ray has to eliminate in his next mission. This is how the super soldier wakes up eager for revenge and fulfills his duty as a hitman.
In doing so, Rey no longer knows what is real and what is not, but when the young scientist Wilfred Wigans (Lamorne Morris) reveals that the RTD is manipulating him, the military is determined to discover the truth at any cost ...
