The Monkey King, the animated film directed by Anthony Stacchi, is the story of Sun Wukong, better known as Monkey King (original voice Jimmy O. Yang), an extremely proud monkey who has had his magic fighting staff stolen. The culprit is the Dragon King (voice of Bowen Yang), and its rightful owner sets out on a mission to get it back.
He will have to face and defeat hundreds of demons on his way before getting to the Dragon King. But the biggest obstacle is within himself, it is his boundless ego.
