Unhinged, film directed by Derrick Borte, is the story of a woman, Rachel (Caren Pistorius), who makes a single small mistake: late for work, driving her car honks her horn against another motorist, stopped at a traffic light. This common gesture triggers an indomitable fury in humans (Russell Crowe), in truth a psychopathic driver, who from then on starts to persecute her and all her loved ones.
Poor Rachel, always in a hurry, caught the wrong man at the wrong time and ends up in the sights of the unknown madman, taken by a strong irascibility and a desire to give the woman life lessons, which will prove to be mortal.
